Help - any info on PCP Pneumonia?

Hi,
My Uncle very recently had a stem cell transplant as he had Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma for the second time (which didn't respond to chemo). The transplant has left him with a severely weakened immune system.
As a result he was taken into intensive care yesterday with suspected PCP Pneumonia which I understand mainly affects immuno-compromised people. My aunt is planning to call me later to ask what I know, as I've had pneumonia lots of times before. However I've never the PCP strain so am not sure how much help I can give. I therefore wondered if any of you knew much about PCP Pneumonia and had any info I can give her?
