Hi All,
I'm 38 years old, receiving IVIG for years now, had a lot along the way including spleen and glade bladder removed, many bowels and lung infections, also liver cirrhosis.
more or less I was good and stable, recently when I went for CT due to lung infection they discovered aneurysm of the aorta and I'm going to have a surgery soon.
first wanted to know if anyone had such issues with the aorta, according to the hospital their is no relation to the CVID but I suspect maybe the IVIG can cause such issues.
when running some tests before the surgery they also found out a bit high level of Creatinine and Urea, also high levels of cholesterol (LDL) and Triglycerides
those findings are also new, usually they are normal in my blood tests, seems like they changed in the last 6 months.
anyone experience those with IVIG as side effect?
sometimes I feel the problem with CVID is that so may problem can occur and there is no one to integrate it all
would love to here you and get your support. I am expecting "interesting" year I guess.
