The Christmas Thread (2014) - Merry Christmas to all!

Hi everyone,

I would like to wish everyone on the forum a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! I hope you like the Christmas theme with the snow that we've put on the forum! 

Co-incidentally in just over 2 weeks the forum will be 3 years old; when I originally created it I certainly didn't think that it would ever last this long or gain so many members. Thanks for everyone's support over the past 3 years, and here's to many more years!

Congratulations Sam. You're doing a wonderful job and I'll be forever grateful for all the advice and friendship I've received from the forum. I too, wish you, John and all the forum members and their families a happy healthy Christmas.

Once we begin the new year I would really love to read some posts of people's Christmas experiences. It'll be good to chuckle at funny events and give support should anyone's Christmas not go as well as they'd hoped.

Absent with leave is my excuse for the disappearing act over these months. Thank you Sam for the reminders that the immuno FRAMILY (friends and non- related by blood) is out there. Mind you perhaps we are all related given the brew that is the pool of antibodies!

Wishing you all a joyous, peaceful and healthy Christmas and may the coming year, in the increasing speed of medical advances, see us a step closer to having a cure! ( having also had O IgA for decades, after 11 years of IgG, I appear to be building a small supply. Only time will tell is this is real and sustainable.

Its hard to believe its been 3 years, time does fly by so quickly, congratulations Sam.
