As we are trying to promote the forum as much as possible so to get more members, we would appreciate it if you could answer our poll on how you originally discovered the forum (please note that you MUST login to vote). We'll use the data to try to optimise the advertising we are giving out, and hopefully increase its effectiveness.

Nice to find that somebody finally found us by getting one of our cards! We sent the cards and posters by email to staff at nearly every hospital treating UK and Ireland PID patients, so its good that patients are finding their way here via them.

Would you mind registering your vote? You can put it under either 'posters' or the immunology staff option.
