Vaccination in Primary Immunodeficiency Quick Information Sheet
A lot of PID patients will ask whether it is appropriate for them to have vaccinations such as for influenza, hepatitis etc, and this sheet aims to give a general overview of vaccination in PID. Please be clear though that this is only a general overview, and as different PID conditions vary so much, it is crucial for ANY PID PATIENT that prior to having ANY VACCINATIONS they discuss with their consultant whether they are suitable for them, whether on or off any treatment.
