Has This Happened To Anyone Else?

I did my weekly treatment of SQIG Hizentra Monday Morning, finished it at 12:30pm, after which I stayed sitting till 2:00pm while sitting there I started to get a heavy feeling on my chest and pain.
About 2:30pm I got up to some light house work, at 3:00pm I was short of breath and my heart was racing.
For me I recognized this was an allergic reaction, I took 2 Benadryl right away, this usually all I have to do, and takes effect within 20-30 mins.
A bit about me, I am allergic to more foods than I can write here, minute amounts will make me react, so medications,
I am also sensitive to lots of other foods such as gluten, theses things usually give other types of reactions.
A normal allergic reaction for me is for it to start with chest pain, heart racing, tingling in mouth, throat, lips, so far only a small amount of swelling,
I am also allergic to some medication's, of which will give me the above symptoms but also very server abdominal pain, Benadryl doesn't help to begin with after initial treatment at ER, Benadryl will help the symptoms.
Symptom will last varying length's of time, if I are something and take Benadryl usually that's it, medication's can vary widely as they stay in your body various lengths of time. So a 24 hour med will last 7 days.
As a side note my allergic episodes have reduced from 1 a week, to about 6 in a year. I still avoid things I am allergic too, but I am allergic to so many foods no matter how careful you are it is nearly impossible to avoid them all. I asked my Immunologist/Allergist about the improvement with the IGg he said it is not a comman effect of IGg but not out of the realm of possible effects.
Before I did my treatment on Monday I had drank 26 Oz's of water and a coffee, no food, no meds for the treatment infused SQ at a rate of 24mls per hour, which is the rate I have been doing it at this rate pretty much since I change to SQ method.
At 3:30 pm my symptoms were getting worse chest pain, tingling in lips and mouth, sweating profusely, dizzy, shaky, and dizzy,
At this time I went to our local clinic, it has an urgent care, we have no hospital, I said I was sure I was having an allergic reaction, they thought I was having a heart attack. I saw a doc I had never seen before, he very obviously didn't know anything about IGg, he kept saying that I could not react to IGg, and that if it was an allergic reaction I would have a rash or hives. I have had theses allergies all my life, I used to get rashes or hives, I no longer get theses reaction's, I get chest pains.
They did heart attack protocol, blood work, ECG, aspirin, and Nitro, this did nothing to abate the symptoms, they had got my heart rate down to between 110-120 BPM, still to fast, my BP had also come down into normal range. Both were way higher when I went in.
He sent me home and told me to come back if it got worse, call an Ambulance, which is our only access to medical care after hours. He diagnosed me with heart palpitations. You have to call the ambulance, they call the on call nurse, she assess and then she calls the Dr who comes in depending if needed.
When I got home I googled heart palpitations, it said they can be triggered by food sensitivities. I looked up allergies they can present with chest pain etc the symptoms. I looked up anaphylaxis it said it can present with the exact same symptoms I was having.
I had a fitful night, I had the chest pain, and the aspirin bothered my bladder, IC/PBS, which has for the most part been good since going on IGg, as well. I continued to take Benadryl every 6 hours.
The next day I still had symptoms, If I sat perfectly still it was bareable, but every time I moved my heart raced, I was short of breath etc. I decided to go to town and see what happened. I only went to the post office, my heart rate went way up and was pounding etc. I went back to the urgent care. But I got to see my own doc that knows my history well, he still felt they had to do heart attack protocol, a bunch of additional blood work, and a chest ex ray, I tend to fight chest infections.
When all this came back normal they then treated me for an allergic reaction.
I was given IV cortisone, IV Benadryl, and IV Zantac. After this my heart rate was down to 100, and my blood pressure was back in a normal range, not normal for me, I tend to fight having too low of a BP. I had been lying in the ER 6 hours at this point, and my symptoms were better when lying down. I didn't feel much better, they were a little stumped as too why, for me this is the usual pattern for a drug allergy. They wondered if I am getting a chest infection, (I have had a sputum test, waiting for results), this may just be an unusual presentation.
He sent me home saying to take 300mg twice a day, and Benadryl every 6 hours for the next week. I have an appointment with him tomorrow with him. He said before I do my next treatment of IGg, to take both the Zantac and Benadryl prior and see how it goes. To rest in bed for at least the next 3 days, and to come back if I get worse again.
The reason for both Benadryl and Zantac is that Benadryl works on H1 receptors Zantac works on H2 receptors, both of which are activated with an allergic reaction.
Today I feel some what better, still have chest pain, I am still aware of my heart beating, I am not too bad as long as I am still, worse if I get up and move around.
I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else?
Anyone had a different allergic reaction to IGG, what happened and what did you do for it, how long did it last?
It is no doubt it is an allergic reaction, but it really could be to anything, if someone didn't wipe the counter well enough after cooking and left some spice on counter and I touched it, it could have been something I came in contact too even a day or 2 previously.
I would really like some feed back, any thought's, anything else I should tell my doc tomorrow, any suggestion of what I should do. Any experiences at all like this, if you think it could have been caused from the IGg.
