Has anyone got NHS HR experience or knowledge?

A while ago I had a discussion with someone on the PIA forum who had NHS HR experience. I am sorry that I cannot remember who it was (like most of us I experience memory/cogniitive problems when fatigued), but if anyone out there has any knowledge or NHS HR experience I would really appreciate getting a little advice.
